Stream is a permanent light fixture designed uniquely for Kai Art Center. The light expression is a continuous visual loop of 11 dynamic minutes, resembling water movements and reflecting on the location and history of the marine surroundings of the area. The installation dimensions are 3.6 x 12 m and it consists of 50 dynamic LED light fixtures. The shape as well as the shadow of the artwork draws connection to herringbone, a symbol of maritime and fishermen history at Noblessner.
Project was created in collaboration with fellow lighting designer Mariliis Kundla.
